She has worked in high-acuity environments including intensive care units, cardiology clinics, trauma services, neurosurgical teams, and rehabilitation hospitals. Jane has managed complex patients from admission through discharge, collaborated across multidisciplinary specialties, and served as a clinical educator training future nurses and critical care professionals.
