About Expert Legal Nurse Consulting
Clinical Experience. Legal Clarity. Trusted Partnership.
At Expert LNC, we specialize in transforming complex medical records into clear, actionable insights that elevate legal strategy. We support attorneys at every stage of litigation—from initial merit screening to deposition preparation to trial presentation—by uncovering the critical medical details that drive case outcomes.
We understand that behind every injury, complication, or adverse outcome lies a story buried in thousands of pages of clinical documentation. Our role is to find that story, organize it, and present it in a way that is not only medically accurate but legally persuasive. Whether you need a rapid-turnaround chronology, help interpreting standards of care, or expert guidance on preparing a medical witness, we provide the clarity and confidence you need to move your case forward.
Our founder, Jane Enneking, MSN, APRN-CNP, brings over 38 years of hands-on nursing experience and more than two decades as a certified nurse practitioner. She has worked in high-acuity environments including intensive care units, cardiology clinics, trauma services, neurosurgical teams, and rehabilitation hospitals. Jane has managed complex patients from admission through discharge, collaborated across multidisciplinary specialties, and served as a clinical educator training future nurses and critical care professionals.
With this depth of experience, Jane is uniquely positioned to identify where care met—or fell short of—the accepted standard, translate complex medical language into plain terms, and guide attorneys in building stronger, medically sound arguments. Her work is trusted by both plaintiff and defense firms in cases involving medical malpractice, personal injury, and workers’ compensation.
At Expert LNC, we bridge the gap between medicine and law—so you can build your case on facts, not assumptions.
